8 Reasons Why You Should Consider T’ai Chi to Lose Weight

An increasing number of people around the world choose t’ai chi over other forms of exercise to improve their health. No wonder. T’ai chi has been associated in studies with lower risk of disease; practiced regularly, it can help reduce the chances of developing diabetes, heart problems, cancer and more.
